Processing Time

  • In rare cases some deposits can take up to 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals

Withdrawing your winnings on Fairplay is straightforward and secure.

Withdrawal Methods:

  • Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for your deposit to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) rules.

Processing Times:

  • Internal processing: Up to 24 hours
  • Bank transfer: 1–3 business days (depending on your bank)

Verification Requirements

Before processing withdrawals, we may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. This may include submitting:

  • Photo ID (passport, driving licence)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • Proof of payment method (e.g., card screenshot or bank statement)

We are required by law to carry out these checks to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

Fees

Fairplay Exchange Ltd does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply charges independently.
